Leslie Onsager
As a young woman, Leslie experienced the excitement of watching remodels and ground up projects from blueprint as she observed her family’s business. She learned the importance of attention to detail, building to plan, value engineering, and high design principles in a construction framework. Her natural eye for design led her to a career in interiors, but she found herself wanting to offer her clients more. In 2008, she became a general contractor to offer full spectrum design build services. Her work is defined by classic, clean selections, delivering every client the best reflection of their own aesthetic.

Master Cabinetry and Millworks
Having worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, Ray is comfortable with all phases of construction. Ray has spent the last 20 years refining his art of custom millworks and cabinetry. Many homes throughout the Central Valley and the Bay Area have been legatee of his craft.
Ray joined Realty Design Associates as a Master Craftsman in late 2017 and leads our “Anything Custom” department; be it custom cabinetry, millworks, specialty mixed media or that special touch otherwise unobtainable.
