This extensive renovation transformed tight, dark rooms into a warm charming classic abode. The homeowners collaborated with our design team to reimagine their home into a bright haven brimming with comfort, creativity, function, and a touch of glam. While the home already boasted beautiful gardens, enhancements to the exterior facade include: replacing all windows, patio doors, exterior light fixtures, and new paint. Downstairs, the project team reimagined the awkward rooms to prioritize function and style with custom millworks throughout. The kitchen incorporates shaker cabinets, black soapstone countertops, marble tile backsplash, JennAir and Miele appliances, and beautiful wood and champagne accents. Custom laundry closets allow for additional space and functionality while acting as a hallway to the adjacent updated powder. The living room received a facelift by opening the archway from the dining room, recessed lighting, new fireplace surround and insert, as well as refinished floors that flow up to the second floor. On the second level, the hall bath was rejuvenated with slate floors and shower surround, deep tub, frameless shower glass with barn door hardware, and all new vanity and lighting. These enhancements provide a beautiful backdrop for the homeowners collections that we hope they will enjoy for years to come.
